Dominik A. Hecker is the founder, CEO and Lead Composer of ARK & HECKER GmbH, based in Mannheim, Germany. A self-driven composer and music producer with over two decades of musical experience, Dominik began his journey at the age of 6 at the piano – not following the rules, but writing his own melodies.

After completing a state-approved education as a music and sound designer, he evolved from electronic music producer to orchestral composer – ultimately fusing both worlds into a signature sound that drives his work today. His compositions span film trailers, TV series, video game soundtracks, corporate films and artist productions, with credits including Netflix, Riot Games, The Walking Dead, Discovery Channel and more.

Based at the ARK & HECKER studio in the harbor of Mannheim, Dominik creates music that doesn't just accompany visuals – it elevates them.
